Diana Diskin
A Los Angeles native, Diana earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Scripps College in Claremont, California, and her J.D. from Southwestern School of Law.
The first half of Diana’s career was spent as a defense attorney. In 2013, she jumped the bar to the plaintiff’s side, and has never looked back. In her time as a plaintiff’s attorney, Diana has helped to secure over $200,000,000 in verdicts and settlements.
Diana has been named a Super Lawyer (2019-present), a Rising Star (2013-2017), and is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and is rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. She is also a member of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys, the American Association for Justice, the Belli Society, and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA). In 2021, she received the CAALA President’s Award for her work creating groundbreaking education for the organization, including the mental health program The Cinder & The Star, as well as the program Civil Rights Warriors: From the Battlegrounds of the 21st Century. Diana has also been a featured speaker for CAALA, the New Jersey Association of Justice, and the Belli Society, and has also been published in The Advocate.
Outside of law, Diana enjoys cooking, reading about history, and trying to teach her dog, Barnaby Jones, the critical second half of fetch.
Areas of Specialty
Diana specializes in wrongful death and personal injury cases, particularly those arising from trucking, auto, and motorcycle crashes. She has extensive experience working on cases involving catastrophic spinal and brain injury, as well as amputations and burns.
