Jacob has exclusively practiced Plaintiff’s civil work since 2013. His focus is on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases involving complex liability, coverage, and medicine issues. Jacob has handled hundreds of cases ranging from the tragic loss of loved ones, mild to severe traumatic brain injuries, ruptured and herniated discs, disfiguring dog bites and facial injuries, fractures and crush injuries, and more. His clients come to him when they or a loved one is injured or killed in an auto collision, slip/trip and fall, or due to some other form of harmful negligence.
Since November 2013, Jacob has obtained over $8.2 Million in verdicts and settlements for his clients, including a $500,000 verdict at trial for an injured motorist (the defense offered $85,000 to settle), a $400,000 verdict at trial for a woman who fell and broke her arm at a motel (the defense made no offer), and a $4.5 Million settlement for an injured pedestrian with a traumatic brain injury (the initial offers were under $100,000).
Jacob approaches each of his cases with the same philosophy:
- Focus entirely on his client;
- Aggressively represent his client;
- Immediately manage his client’s medical treatment and obtain insurance coverage information or establish coverage;
- Make time for his clients, giving them his personal cell phone number;
- Always maximize recovery.
